Normani has a duet with James Blake on her eagerly awaited debut solo album.
The 28-year-old former Fifth Concord star and the 35-year-old singer-songwriter have collaborated on the monitor ‘Tantrums’ on the upcoming LP ‘Dopamine’.
To date followers have heard the singles ‘Wild Aspect’ with Cardi B, ‘1:59’ that includes Gunna and ‘Sweet Paint’, with the total report set to drop on Friday (14.06.24).
Teasing the album, Normani stated it is the “excellent hybrid” of her “previous and current” tastes.
She instructed Dazed: “I really feel prefer it embodies every part I needed to say – it feels dominant, sturdy, assertive – however on the flipside, there are such a lot of layers to what dopamine is.
“You get the highs, the lows, the fun of all of it. And it’s somewhat poisonous, too.”
She went on: “There’s a way of freedom I’ve that I’ve been ready for, a weight lifted – me simply having the ability to be Normani earlier than I’m anything.
