TRURO – A sold-out crowd on the tenth annual Cape Cod Girls’s Music Pageant at Payomet Performing Arts Heart on Saturday night time was handled to spectacular performances highlighted by 2024 Grammy winner Gaby Moreno.

The annual occasion raises funds for the Cape Wellness Collaborative, a nonprofit that gives free integrative therapies and nutritious meals for individuals battling most cancers on the Cape and Islands.

The competition was created by Sarah Swain of Sarah Swain and the Oh Boys in 2012 to lift cash to help individuals with prices which may not be lined by insurance coverage.
