Kesha has launched her first impartial single after parting methods with producer Dr. Luke’s report label.
The Tik Tok singer celebrated America’s Independence Day on Thursday by dropping Joyride, a monitor she debuted at Brooklyn’s Planet Delight over the weekend.
Joyride marks a return to her earlier digital pop sound, paying homage to songs like We R Who We R and Tik Tok.
The monitor references the 2004 teen basic Imply Women with the lyrics, “Get in, loser, for the joyride,” and the quotable phrases, “You need children? Effectively I’m mom.”
Earlier than the monitor dropped, Kesha informed her X followers, “I could not have made it by way of with out all of you. now we joyride.”
